ABOUT THE BRAND

Ukrainian folk brand based on a cross-platform project: Back to Basics series and Back to Basics Wedding movie, dedicated to Ukrainian culture, traditions, and folk customs from their origins til contemporary times. Each image recreates a traditional holiday outfit specific to a certain historical region of Ukraine in the 19th and 20th centuries.

Each project character is a bright and extraordinary Ukrainian woman whose life runs in sync with the main idea of the cycle, which is the careful preservation and popularization of invaluable riches of Ukrainian culture and folk traditions.
